Formray ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through our website at formray.io, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

We believe in minimal data collection. We do not track you across the web, sell your information, or use invasive analytics. If a piece of data is not necessary, we do not collect it.

What We Collect

Analytics

If you enable analytics, we use Plausible to measure page views, referral sources and selected link or download events. We do not send contact-form content or account identifiers to analytics. Plausible processes the request IP address and browser information to produce aggregate statistics, without analytics cookies. You can withdraw this choice in Cookie settings; further analytics events from this site then stop.

Contact Form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional subject and message to handle your inquiry. Resend receives these fields to deliver the message to our mailbox. We do not use submissions to enroll you in marketing lists. To limit repeated requests, the server temporarily keeps an IP-derived, salted identifier and a request count in memory for a ten-minute rate-limit window; the contact handler does not log raw IP addresses or message content.

Essential Cookies

Your theme and consent choices are stored in your browser so the site can remember them. The selected language is represented in the page URL and may be saved in the technical NEXT_LOCALE cookie. Optional analytics and external embeds remain disabled until you enable the relevant category.

Data Storage

The website does not save contact submissions to an application database; they are processed by Resend and our email service and may remain in the mailbox and provider records. Hosting providers process technical request data. Rate-limit identifiers exist only in the server instance memory: expired entries are removed on the next request, or when that instance ends. Plausible describes its analytics processing and storage as EU-based; provider retention and processing details are set out in the linked policies.

Third-Party Services

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
